AA Rental Center offers a variety of tent rentals to accommodate any number of guests you may be hosting at your next gathering. Whether you’re inviting a few friends over for dinner or hosting a beautiful wedding reception in your backyard we can help guide you through your tent rental options. We also provide recommendations for tables and folding chairs that will work really well with the amount of space under the tent rentals you choose.
Tent Rentals Are The New Outdoor Hosting Experience
Whether hosting your child’s birthday party or Thanksgiving dinner with friends and family, we have the tents to gather outdoors.
For additional shade coverage and protection from the heat and cold, we have tent fans and tent walls available as well. Our tent walls (with or without windows) easily and securely attach to the 15’ or 20' High Peak Frame Tent Rental. Should you need other equipment, we are able to supply you with tables, chairs, generators, grills, heaters, porta potties and more.

At AA Rental, our high peak tents have extra thick walls and sturdy construction that stand up to the elements and maintain their heated temperature even in the blustery Chicagoland winter months or remain cool in summer.
We offer may sizes from 10 seated guests to over 300 standing. We can also put multiple large tents together to accommodate even the largest events.

Framed Open Side Tent Rentals
All of our tent rentals are white and come in a variety of sizes. Our 10x10 is very popular for small tent rentals and comfortably covers 10 people seated. These smaller, lightweight framed “pop-up” tents are easy to set up, but we are happy to answer any questions you may have about tent rental setup.
We offer a several options of larger tent rentals. Depending on the space you would like your tent rental to cover we can provide square, rectangular or hexagonal shaped tents. The dimensions range from our 10’ x 20’ tent rental which covers seating for 20 guests to our 20’ x 100’ which comfortably provides seating for 200 guests underneath. For our larger tent rentals, a professional from AA Rental Center will come out to your location to install and then later take down the frame structure.

What size tent do I need for 100 guests?
We recommend a 20’ x 30’ High Peak Framed Tent for 100 Standing guests OR a 20’ x 60’ for 100-120 seated guests.
How much does it cost to rent a 10x10 tent?
Our 10’x10’ tent is $160 per day, $190 per day for our package including tables, chairs, delivery and pick up OR rent our light weight framed 10’x 10’ tent for $80 per day ($106 for the package).
How many chairs can fit under a 10x10 tent?
